Isoko North Towns And Villages
Isoko North is a Local Government Area in the Isoko country of southern Delta State, Nigeria. Its headquarters sit at Ozoro, the largest town and home to a state polytechnic.
The 2006 census counted 143,559 residents. Delta State projections put the 2022 figure near 196,700. The Isoko people here farm cassava and yam, fish the creeks, and tap oil palm across thirteen INEC wards.
Its main towns are Ozoro, Owhe, Ellu, Emevor, Iyede, Oyede, Ofagbe and Owhelogbo. The postal code for the Ozoro headquarters is 334111. Isoko North borders Isoko South, Ndokwa and Ughelli South.
