Ethiope East Towns And Villages

Ethiope East is a Local Government Area in Delta State, Nigeria. Its headquarters sit at Isiokolo, which is also the traditional seat of the Ovie of Agbon Kingdom. The people are Urhobo, and the area splits into three districts: Agbon, Abraka and Isiokolo.

The 2006 census counted 200,942 residents. The 2022 projection put the figure near 275,400. Delta State University at Abraka and the Ethiope River, which rises at Umuaja, anchor local life alongside farming and trade.
