Ika North-East is a Local Government Area in the north of Delta State, Nigeria, with its headquarters at Owa-Oyibu. It covers about 463 square kilometres and is home to the Ika people, who speak the Ika language.

The area recorded 182,819 residents at the 2006 census and a projected 250,600 by 2022. Its main towns are Owa, Umunede, Mbiri, Akumazi, Igbodo, Otolokpo, Idumuesah, Ute-Okpu and Ute-Ogbeje, each built from named family quarters. The postal code for Owa-Oyibu is 321105.
