Etim Ekpo Towns And Villages

Etim Ekpo is a Local Government Area in southern Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, home to the Annang people. Its council headquarters sits at Utu Etim Ekpo. The LGA covers about 200 square kilometres and borders Abak, Ika and Ukanafun.

The 2006 census counted 105,922 residents. Projections put the 2022 figure near 135,200. Etim Ekpo holds ten registration wards, from Etim Ekpo I to Etim Ekpo X. Hon. Gideon Uwa chairs the council.
