Fufore Towns And Villages
Fufore is a local government area in the south-east of Adamawa State, Nigeria, with its headquarters at Fufore town on the Yola–Mubi corridor east of the Benue River. The 2006 census counted 209,460 residents, and state projections put the population near 323,000 by 2022. The area spans about 5,169 square kilometres.
Fulani, Bata (Bwatiye), Verre, Laka and Pere communities share the district, and farming drives daily life, with rice, millet, sorghum, beans and soya beans grown across the plains. The council groups its villages into eleven wards: Beti, Farang, Fufore, Gurin, Karlahi, Mayo Ine, Pariya, Ribadu, Uki Tuki, Wuro Bokki and Yadim. Postal codes across the LGA run from 640103 to 640109.
