Ikwerre Towns And Villages

Ikwerre is a Local Government Area in Rivers State, Nigeria, with its headquarters at Isiokpo. It had 188,930 people at the 2006 census, projected to 271,700 by 2022, spread across thirteen wards built around the old Ikwerre clan towns of Isiokpo, Elele, Omagwa, Ipo, Aluu, Omuanwa, Omademe, Omerelu, Igwuruta, Ubima, Apani and Ozuaha.

The LGA sits in Rivers East senatorial district and shares the Ikwerre/Emohua federal constituency with neighbouring Emohua. The wider Ikwerre ethnic nation also spans Emohua, Obio-Akpor and Port Harcourt, but this list covers Ikwerre LGA only.
