Ijebu North Towns And Villages

Ijebu North is a Local Government Area in Ogun State, Nigeria. Its headquarters sit in Ijebu-Igbo, at roughly 6°57′N 4°00′E, and the LGA covers about 967 square kilometres.

The 2006 census counted 280,520 residents; the 2022 projection put the figure near 477,100. Ijebu North holds eleven wards: Atikori, Japara/Ojowo, Omen, Osun, Oke Agbo, Oke Sopin, Oru/Awa/Ilaporu, Ago Iwoye I, Ago Iwoye II, Ako-Onigbagbo/Gelete and Mamu/Etiri.
