Oji River, located in southern Enugu State, Nigeria, shares a boundary with the states of Anambra and Abia to the north and east, respectively. Its headquarters are in the town of Oji River. Inyi, Achi Ag, Achl, Awlaw, Akpugoeze, Oji-River Urban, and Ugwuoba are all cities located within Oji River L G A.

It covers 403 square kilometres and, as of the 2006 census, was home to 126,587 people.
