Ifelodun Towns And Villages
Ifelodun is a Local Government Area in Osun State, Nigeria, headquartered at Ikirun, about 10 minutes north of the state capital, Osogbo.
The 2006 census counted 96,748 residents across an area of 114 square kilometres. Ifelodun holds 12 wards, all centred on Ikirun town and its surrounding villages: Eesa Ikirun, Amola Ikirun, Owode Ikirun, Isale/Oke Afo, Ikirun Rural, Station Road, Okeba Ikirun, Olonde Ikirun, Iba I, Iba II, Obagun and Ekoende/Eko Ajala.
The list below was checked against 2015 INEC ward and polling-unit records and the GeoNames gazetteer. A block of names in the old list (“Otan Aiyegbaju” and “Township”) belonged to neighbouring Boluwaduro LGA and has been removed.
