Gashaka Towns And Villages
Gashaka is a Local Government Area in Nigeria’s Taraba state, with its headquarters at Serti. It had a population of 87,166 at the 2006 census, projected to 137,100 by 2022.
Gashaka is Taraba’s largest LGA by area, home to most of Gashaka-Gumti National Park, and covers ten registration wards: Galumjina, Gangumi, Garbabi, Gashaka, Gayam, Jamtari, Mai-Idanu, Mayo Selbe, Serti ‘A’ and Serti ‘B’.
