Egor is a Local Government Area in Edo State, Nigeria, one of three LGAs forming Benin City’s metropolitan core. Its headquarters sits at Uselu. The area covers about 93 square kilometres.
The 2006 census counted 339,899 residents. Egor is home to Bini, Esan and Owan people, most working in trade, transport and services tied to the city.
