Donga Towns And Villages

Donga is a Local Government Area in Taraba State, headquartered at Donga town on the Donga River at 7°43′N 10°03′E. The 2006 census counted 133,105 residents; the 2022 projection puts the figure near 209,400.

The area sits on the Chamba, Jukun and Fulani borderland, with farming communities strung along the Donga River across ten wards: Akate, Asibiti, Fada, Gayama, Gindin Dutse, Gyatta Aure, Bikadarko, Mararraba, Nyita and Suntai.
