Ugwunagbo is a Local Government Area in Abia State, part of the Ukwa-Ngwa political bloc from the old Aba Division. It covers about 126 square kilometres, with headquarters at Osusu. The 2006 census counted 85,371 people, projected to 124,300 by 2022.
The postal code is 453120. Ngwa Igbo is the main language. Executive Chairman Hon. Chiemela Nwagbara (YPP) leads the council as of 2026.
