Ogun Waterside is a Local Government Area in the Nigerian state of Ogun. It is the state’s only area with a coastline on the Bight of Benin and also borders Lagos Lagoon.

Its headquarters are located at 6°29′N 4°24′E in the village of Abigi.

Ogun Waterside has a land area of 1,000 km2 and a population of 103,200 people in 2016, resulting in a population density of 103.2 people per square kilometre.
