Ogori/Magongo Towns And Villages
Ogori/Magongo is a Local Government Area in Kogi State, Nigeria, formed from the former Okene LGA to serve the Ogori and Magongo peoples. It covers 79 square kilometres, and its headquarters sits at Akpafa.
The 2006 census counted 39,807 residents; projections put the 2022 figure near 53,700. The LGA is really twin towns, Ogori and Magongo, each divided into named wards that INEC uses as registration areas.
