Soba Towns And Villages
Soba is a Local Government Area in Kaduna State, Nigeria, in the state’s northern Hausa heartland. Its headquarters sits at Maigana. The LGA has eleven wards: Maigana, Kinkiba, Gimba, Kwasallo, Richifa, Gamagira, Dan Wata, Turawa, Soba, Garun Gwanki and Rahama.
The 2006 census counted 291,173 residents. A 2022 projection put the figure near 430,200. Soba borders Makarfi and Sabon Gari within Kaduna State, along with Kubau, Zaria and Kauru LGAs.
