List of all cities and towns in Trinity County
Trinity County is a county in the northwest of the state of California in the United States.
Trinity County is rough, mountainous, and heavily forested.
It is in the Salmon and Klamath Mountains and is named for the Trinity River that runs through it.
It’s also one of only three counties in California that doesn’t have any cities (the other two counties in California with that distinction are Alpine and Mariposa counties).
As of the 2020 census, there were 16,112 people living there.
This made it the least populated of California’s 27 original counties and the fifth least populated in the state. Weaverville is the county seat and the largest town.
