Randolph County is in the U.S. state of Arkansas. It is between the Ozark Mountains and the Arkansas Delta.

The county is named after John Randolph, a U.S. senator from Virginia who was important in getting Congress to approve the Louisiana Purchase, which included what is now Randolph County.

Randolph County became the 32nd county in Arkansas on October 29, 1835.

It has two incorporated cities, one of which is Pocahontas, which is also the county seat and most populous city.
