Randolph County is a county in the southwestern section of the US state of Georgia that is considered part of the Black Belt, which was traditionally a plantation area.

The population was 6,425 as of the 2020 census, nearly one-third of its highest population in 1910, when there were many agricultural laborers. Cuthbert is the county seat.

Randolph County was named after Virginia planter and politician John Randolph on December 20, 1828.

The county has a total area of 431 square miles (1,120 km2), of which 428 square miles (1,110 km2) is land and 2.6 square miles (6.7 km2) (0.6%) is water, according to the United States Census Bureau.
