Seminole County is a county in the state of Oklahoma in the United States.
As of the census in 2020, there were 23,556 people living there.
Wewoka is the county seat.
Most of the county was a reservation for the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, and some of the land in the county is still under their control.
The Muscogee (Creek) Nation owned a small piece of land at the eastern end of the county.
The county has a total area of 640 square miles (1,700 km2), of which 633 square miles (1,640 km2) are land and 7.6 square miles (20 km2) (1.2%) are water, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
The North Canadian River is to the north of the county, and the Canadian River is to the south.
