Fulton County is the most western county in the U.S. state of Kentucky.
Its western border is the Mississippi River.
As of the census in 2020, there were 6,515 people living there.
Its county seat is in Hickman, and Fulton is its biggest city.
The county was made out of Hickman County, Kentucky, in 1845. It was named after Robert Fulton, who invented the steamboat.
The U.S. Census Bureau says that the county covers 231 square miles (600 km2), of which 206 square miles (530 km2) are land and 25 square miles (65 km2) are water, or 11%.
