Beni Suef Governorate

Beni Suef is one of Egypt’s governorates. It is located in the country’s middle, in northern Upper Egypt.

The capital of this governorate is Beni Suef, which is located about 120 kilometers south of Cairo on the Nile River’s west bank.

The neighborhood is well-known throughout Egypt for its cement manufacturers. The neighboring Meidum pyramid is the sole major tourist attraction in the area.
