Kwami Towns And Villages
Kwami is a Local Government Area in Gombe State, Nigeria. Its headquarters sit at Malam Sidi, on the western shore of Lake Dadinkowa, which forms the LGA’s eastern boundary. The 2006 census counted 195,298 residents across 1,787 square kilometres.
Kwami has ten wards: Bojude, Daban Fulani, Doho, Dukul, Gadam, Jurara, Komfulata, Kwami, Malam Sidi and Malleri. Farming and fishing on Lake Dadinkowa are the mainstay, alongside millet and bean cultivation and livestock trade.
