Doma Towns And Villages
Doma is a Local Government Area in Nasarawa State, Nigeria, with its headquarters at Doma town. The area covers about 2,714 square kilometres.
The 2006 census counted 138,991 residents. The 2022 projection put the figure near 214,600. Doma holds ten wards: Alagye, Rukubi, Agbashi, Doka, Akpanaja, Madaki, Ungwan Sarki Dawaki, Madauchi, Ungwan Dan Galadima and Sabon Gari.
The Alago people are the majority group and farm across the area. Odu is Doma’s yearly harvest festival, marked in the town every year.
