Nnewi North sits on the rolling terrain of southern Anambra, bounded south by Nnewi South LGA, west by Ekwusigo and north by Ihiala and Aguata. Elevation rises from about 200 m at the LGA edge to 380 m on the Nnewichi ridge. The Niger’s tributaries drain the area westward.
