Yewa North Towns And Villages
Yewa North (formerly Egbado North) is a Local Government Area in Ogun State, Nigeria, bordering the Republic of Benin. Its headquarters is Ayetoro, in the north-east of the area, at 7°14′00″N 3°02′00″E. The area covers about 2,087 square kilometres, the largest of Ogun State’s twenty local government areas.
The 2006 census counted 183,844 residents. Projections put the 2022 figure near 312,700. Yewa North has 11 wards: Ido Foi, Aye Toro I, Aye Toro II, Sunwa, Iboro/Joga, Imasai, Ebute Igbooro, Ohunbe, Igua, Ijoun and Ibese.
