Dutsin-Ma Towns And Villages

Dutsin-Ma is a Local Government Area in Katsina State, Nigeria, headquartered at Dutsin-Ma town. The LGA has served as an administrative capital since 1976; the Zobe Dam sits just south of the town.

The 2006 census counted 169,829 residents across 527 square kilometres; the 2022 projection puts the figure near 303,500. Dutsin-Ma holds 11 wards: Dutsin-Ma A, Dutsin-Ma B, Shema, Karofi A, Karofi B, Kuki A, Kuki B, Kutawa, Bagagadi, Makera and Dabawa. Federal University Dutsin-Ma sits within the town.
