Atisbo Towns And Villages

Atisbo is a Local Government Area in Oyo State, Nigeria, in the Oke Ogun region of the state’s northwest. Its headquarters sits at Tede.

The 2006 census counted 109,965 residents. Projections put the 2022 figure near 157,200. Atisbo holds ten wards: Tede I, Tede II, Irawo Ile, Irawo Owode, Ofiki, Alaga, Ago Are I, Ago Are II, Owo/Agunrege/Sabe and Baasi.

Atisbo lies in the Oke Ogun area of northwestern Oyo State, bordered by several neighbouring Oke Ogun LGAs. Part of Old Oyo National Park lies within its territory.
