Florence County is a county in Wisconsin, United States, on the Michigan border in the far northeast corner of the state. It had a population of 4,558 at the 2020 census and covers 498 square miles (1,290 km2) centred near 45\u00b051\u2032N 88\u00b024\u2032W.<\/p>\n

The county has no incorporated cities or villages — one of only two Wisconsin counties with none — and is instead divided into eight towns holding a handful of small unincorporated communities.
