Patrick County is a county in Virginia, United States, on the state’s southern border with North Carolina at the foot of the Blue Ridge Parkway. It had a population of 17,608 at the 2020 census and covers 486 square miles (1,260 km2) centred near 36°41′N 80°18′W.<\/p>\n
