Stonewall County is a county in Texas, United States, on the rolling plains where the Brazos River’s two forks converge near the Double Mountains. It had a population of 1,245 at the 2020 census and covers 920 square miles (2,382 km2) centred near 33\u00b011\u2032N 100\u00b015\u2032W.<\/p>\n

Aspermont is the county seat, and its postal code is 79502. The county has one incorporated town and a handful of small unincorporated communities and ghost towns. Stonewall County is in the Central time zone.<\/p>\n
