Reeves County is a county in Texas, United States, part of the Trans-Pecos region of West Texas. It had a population of 14,748 at the 2020 census and covers 2,642 square miles (6,843 km2) centred near 31°18′N 103°43′W.<\/p>\n

Pecos is the county seat, and its postal code is 79772. The county has two incorporated cities, one town, one census-designated place and several unincorporated communities. Texas has no civil townships, so places are grouped only by incorporation status. Reeves County sits in the Central time zone; its FIPS code is 48389.<\/p>\n
