Collingsworth County is a county in Texas, United States, on the state’s northern border with Oklahoma along the Texas Panhandle. It had a population of 2,652 at the 2020 census and covers 919 square miles (2,380 km2) centred near 34\u00b058\u2032N 100\u00b016\u2032W.<\/p>\n

Wellington is the county seat, and its postal code is 79095. The county has one city, one town, two census-designated places, and several unincorporated and former communities. Collingsworth County is in the Central time zone.<\/p>\n
