Jerauld County is a county in South Dakota, United States, on the low rolling hills of the James River drainage in the east-central part of the state. It had a population of 1,663 at the 2020 census and covers 533 square miles (1,380 km2), of which 526 square miles (1,360 km2) are land, centred near 44°04′N 98°37′W.<\/p>\n
