Washington County is a county in Pennsylvania, United States, part of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area southwest of the city. It had a population of 209,349 at the 2020 census and covers 857 square miles (2,220 km2) of land, centred near 40°11′N 80°15′W.<\/p>\n

Washington is the county seat, and its postal code is 15301. The county contains 2 cities, 32 boroughs, and 31 townships, plus a number of unincorporated communities, and it observes Eastern Time.<\/p>\n
