Fulton County is a county in Pennsylvania, United States, along the Maryland border, in the south-central part of the state. It had a population of 14,556 at the 2020 census, making it Pennsylvania’s fourth-least populous county, and covers 438 square miles (1,130 km2) of land centred near 39°55′N 78°07′W.<\/p>\n

McConnellsburg is the county seat, and its postal code is 17233. The county has two boroughs, one census-designated place, and 11 townships, and sits entirely in the Eastern time zone. Fulton is one of only two Pennsylvania counties with no active railroad line.<\/p>\n
