Crook County is a county in Oregon, United States, sitting near the geographic center of the state on the high desert east of the Cascades. It had a population of 24,738 at the 2020 census and covers 2,979 square miles (7,720 km2) of land centred near 44°08′N 120°22′W.<\/p>\n
