Two places on this list straddle county lines. Bonner Springs’s population figure above is citywide — the bulk of the city sits in Wyandotte and Leavenworth counties, with only a southern edge reaching into Johnson County. Spring Hill runs into Miami County too, though most of its population and its downtown sit on the Johnson County side. The old scrape list this page replaced also carried a cluster of mobile-home park names (B And L, Bosworth, Conestoga Estates and others) as if they were separate places; those are private manufactured-home communities inside existing cities, not distinct settlements, and have been dropped.<\/p>\n
