Worth County is a county in Iowa, United States, on the Minnesota border in the north-central part of the state. It had a population of 7,443 at the 2020 census and covers 402 square miles (1,040 km2), of which 400 square miles (1,000 km2) is land, centred near 43°22′N 93°15′W.<\/p>\n

Northwood is the county seat, and its postal code is 50459. The county has six incorporated cities and towns, one census-designated place, and twelve townships.
