White
White County is one of New South Wales’ 141 Cadastral divisions.
It is situated south of the Namoi River, on both sides of Bohena Creek, with Narrabri at its northern end.
It encompasses the majority of the Pilliga Nature Reserve.
George Boyle White (1802-1876), a surveyor and diarist, was honoured with the name White County.
